| Your French Tutor Your French tutor for the week will be Anne-Marie; a professional language teacher specializing in adult education and especially, teaching French as a foreign language. Anne-Marie, born in Normandy, is of course a native French speaker and has excellent English. Her natural, relaxed style is always well received by her "students" and her enthusiasm for language ( she speaks Spanish too ) is a great motivator. She makes learning French a fun experience. |

| Itinerary Sat - arrive at "Les Sapins" after 4pm to settle into your room ready for a welcome aperitif at 6.30. Sun - spend the day relaxing or exploring the beautiful countryside that surrounds your base for the week. Mon to Fri - each morning you will have 2.5 hours tuition. The small group size ( max 8 ) ensures that your tutor, Anne-Marie can identify your particular needs and concentrate on strengthening those aspects of your language development that need attention. You will be encouraged to speak French throughout. During the morning, refreshments will be served. After a buffet lunch you will have the afternoon to relax and practice your language skills on the friendly locals. Tue & Thur - In the afternoon Anne-Marie will accompany the group to places of special interest. The emphasis here is on building confidence by using language in 'live' situations with your tutor there to guide and encourage. Sat - a leisurely morning before your midday departure |
| Food Each morning during your stay you will enjoy a breakfast of cereal, yogurt, croissant, bread and preserve. A choice of tea/coffee/chocolate. Coffee/Tea and biscuits during tutorials A buffet lunch is provided on course days On six of your seven nights with us, you are invited to enjoy aperitifs, with our compliments, before dinner at 7.30 which consists of a three course meal including local wine. This gives you one 'free night' to explore the local restaurants and practice your French. |
